Customers using both Field and Marketing Intelligence get the added benefit of unified HCP scoring (if they are focused on the same objectives) and of having field and digital activities coordinated through a single platform. If a rep action is the best next step, ODAIA will surface this in the rep interface and provide context as to what the HCP has already received on their digital journey.

How does ODAIA measure campaign impact?
